I hereby declare that I have taken note that the festival will only take care of accommodation and transport from one county (stop) to another, and that all other expenses, including meals and personal upkeep, will entirely be covered by me as the applicant.
In compliance with Section 26 – Rights of Data Subjects of Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, all data contained in this form will be used exclusively by the Sinema Safari Africa Film Festival and initiatives connected with it, and will not be disclosed to any third party without the express permission from the parties concerned.
The right to the processing of data is solely the preserve of Sinema Safari Africa Film Festival.
