Sinema Safari Africa is a-wide traveling film campus and festival, bringing together passionate storytellers from across Africa and the world to make films in Kenya. Over several weeks, participants journey through multiple Kenyan Counties, collaborating to create, screen, and celebrate films made on location.

Participants are organized into crews to develop scripts, scout locations, shoot, and edit short films—often produced within a single week
Each week, films shot by participants are screened in public squares, followed by awards decided by the audience or a jury.
Participants benefit from a structured training program that includes one or two masterclasses per week and daily hands-on rehearsals on set.
Participants travel through various Kenyan Counties & towns—accommodated in repurposed schools, gyms, or dormitories—and move from one week-long “stage” to the next by bus.
